Villa Sociando is a stone house built in a style typical of the Gironde department and entirely renovated a few years ago. The Villa is a haven of peace on the riverbank, in the heart of the charming little port of Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne. With a surface area of 120 m², the villa can accommodate up to four people. It features a large living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor each with a separate bathroom and toilet. Surrounded by a walled garden, the villa has a patio with a roofed barbecue area.

This has a large sofa, fireplace, and television: the indispensable trio for a relaxing evening. The separate dining area features a cosy bench to take advantage of the view overlooking the patio and garden.

Both bedrooms overlook the river. Each one has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a large shower and separate toilet.

Services and prices

We provide complete "all-in service" for a worry-free stay. This includes:

  • Water, electricity, gas and heating
  • Household linen (sheets and towels)
  • Baby bed and high chair
  • Internet access WIFI

Housekeeping fee due at the end of your stay: : 100 €.

Capacity: 4 adults + 1 baby.

Surface area : 120 m² + garden. Parking of a vehicle possible in the garden.

Various options :

  • Weekend (from Friday evening to Sunday evening)
  • Long weekend (from Thursday evening to Sunday evening)
  • Mid-week (from Wednesday evening to Sunday evening)
  • Week (from Saturday evening to Saturday morning)

Price : 350 € for a weekend and 700-950 € for a week, depending on the season.

Guarantee : 250 € (refundable)

Tourist tax : 0.50 € per person per day (included in the price)

A down payment of 30% is due when booking and the remainder two weeks before the beginning of your stay.
